I am you and you are me I see

I AM

a daisy, a sunrise, a universe, a planet, the empty space between, silence, a tree, a hawk, a deer, the ocean, I am you, and you begot me, I am a mother and a man. I am most seen as three buckets of water and a handful of dirt that was thrown into the wind and exploded into I.  One man. I am an individual in this collective community that is called Life. I am a dreamer. An idealist. I have come in many forms though yet formless. I am a lover of Life and a subjective interpreter of something so large and deep that we all feel it, because we are it, but few agree upon it. Maybe this is why I do not like words. They are never true. These are only a metaphor. True, to who? Don't kill him over words.

I am a writer. Either by means of a pen or my eyes. Most recently it has been through my eyes. But now, I want to share this universe with you. I will continue to pick up the pen that is in my soul and continue down a journey of metaphors. Maybe our metaphors will join together and will create a rhythm that will travel beyond space and time and hit in the hearts of All souls.

I love to travel. There is no better life for me then to travel while experiencing and promoting the comfort, wellbeing and love of all life.  My passions are in people, nature, music, beauty, spirituality, learning and cooking. I embrace simplicity and feel that the more we take from the world, the more we take from ourselves. I see the transcendent nature and connectedness of all life. Maybe this is why some say that I am eccentric. We are all odd, until we remember that we are not actually broken. We are only impressed, in our youth, with an illusion of being shattered.

I like to sweep together peoples pieces and change the world with each step. The world is beautiful to me and I am passionate. It is a paradox that I have embraced: when you want to change the world, yet you know it is perfect. I know it is One. Even though I am a Gemini and I see both sides. Nope, only One. One does have two ends.

I go by my middle name. Max. My full name is Frederick Maxwell Walsh. I grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, Ohio. In my teenage years I moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then a few years later to South Bend, Indiana. I am glad that I moved. It is this that brought me great amounts of adaptability and growth.

I discovered god – whom I've called by many names: energy, light, nothing, everything, goddess, life, love, it, and silence, don't speak of that – in the mountains of Tennessee. I was fortunate to travel with my oldest friend on this path of Self realization.

I packed up my life and moved to Bloomington, Indiana for college. It was expected of me. During my first semester I lost contact with my parents for some time (we've worked it out since). I did not know at the time, but I had to detach from my roots, and because of this I grew more free and true. I spent the first semester of my college career not behind books, but in my mind visualizing a cannon that blew away all the walls that conditioning built up in my head over the years.

From 2004-2008 I was in and out of college. I would be a student for a semester and then go out on some wild and unknown journey. It seems like they always led me back to Bloomington.

This is my story. I do not want to complicate it any further.

I Love You.
